The City has offered to allow community centers to be used as warming shelters if the community can provide adequate staffing. If you are interested in volunteering your time to help staff the Montavilla Community Center (NE 82nd & Glisan) as a warming center, please provide your contact information below, as well your availability, and as any experience you may have working with vulnerable populations. Experience is not necessary to volunteer; but for the safety of everyone involved, we simply want to ensure we have a volunteer schedule that's balanced between those with, and without experience.
