Effects of morbid curiosity and true crime on attention and anxiety management
Dear Participant!

We are asking for your contribution to a research project at the Institute of Psychology of the University of Pécs, in which we are investigating attentional processes directed towards morbid content.

Participation in the study is completely voluntary and anonymous, and you can stop completing the survey at any time without any consequences. You will not be identifiable in any way and the data will be analysed in aggregate form only and used for scientific purposes.
The survey consists of two parts: a short questionnaire pack and a simple exercise.
Completing the questionnaire and the task together will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

During the test, images displaying morbid content will be displayed for a short time. Some of the statements in the questionnaires and some of the images displayed during the test may be disturbing. Please take this into account when continuing to participate in the survey, as you can stop completing the survey at any time without any consequences!!
