The Employer of the Year award recognizes an employer that demonstrates through their policies and actions a commitment to the development and advancement of women in the workplace. This company, organization or individual shines above the rest to provide amazing work environments and opportunities for women.
Required Criteria:
Be a company, organization or individual based in Southwest Montana
Does not have to be a Bozeman BPW member
Open to all regardless of gender
You are encouraged to self-apply or to collaborate with your nominee on the details. You may submit numerous applications, but each application must be submitted separately. Award finalists in each category will be notified in August. Winners in each category will be announced during the awards program the evening of the event in October. Winners must be present at the event or agree to arrange for a representative to attend on their behalf.

Top 3 Finalists should plan to attend the event on October 22, 2025 to accept the award, if selected as the winner. Finalists receive free admission to the event, tickets for any guests of the finalist available at
www.bozemanbpw.org.
