ADS is a dedicated season of growing as followers of Jesus alongside a multigenerational family. The class aims to develop people in the great commandment and empower them in the Great Commission.

By honestly and completely filling out this application, you are helping yourself and us discern whether or not this is the best time for you to attend the Antioch Discipleship School. Note that no questions in this application are immediately disqualifying.

All information given in this application is confidential and will only be read by the Antioch Discipleship School staff directly involved in the interview process. Regarding confidential sections, male staff will review male applicants and female staff will review female applicants.
