Thank you for taking the time to provide your views in response to the proposal to enable adult social care data matching for local authorities for the purposes of identifying and preventing fraud and error. Responses to this consultation will inform policy decision options in relation to adult social care data matching.
The following form (in section three) contains ten questions for you to complete, with an additional free text comment box. Some questions (1, 2, 3 and 4) are specific only to local authorities. Where this is the case, and you are responding on the behalf of an organisation that is not a local authority, then please put 'N/A' in your response.
