Checklist for a Complete Application
The minimum requirement to apply to VOBC is to be a graduate of VETI or a graduate from another recognized Bible school with the equivalent of 2-years of formal Bible training.

1. Complete the application in its entirety.
2. Submit all required documentation: personal essay as explained below, two recommendation forms from leaders in your church, and the pastoral endorsement form from your Senior Pastor.
3. If you graduated from a school other than VETI, contact that school and ask them to send your official transcripts to Victory Outreach Bible College, Attn: Transcripts, 250 W. Arrow Hwy. San Dimas, CA 91773.
4. Pay a $25 non-refundable application fee. Send by cashier’s check or money order to: Victory Outreach International, 250 W. Arrow Hwy., San Dimas, CA 91773.

Mail or email your spiritual autobiography in the form of a 2-3 page (500-750 words) typed and double-spaced essay. The components of this essay should include the following: 1. Your salvation experience, 2. Your involvement in ministry over the past 3 to 5 years, 3. Your present walk with the Lord, and 4. Your calling in ministry. While this essay should describe your life and values, it will also be used as a tool to evaluate your writing skills, so please take care to construct it well, and check it for grammatical and spelling errors. Victory Outreach Bible College has chosen to set itself apart for the purpose of training and equipping Christian servant leaders. It is crucial, therefore, that students' attitudes and behavior reflect the character of Jesus Christ at all times. Students, by their voluntary membership in this Christian community, assume responsibility to: 1) Abide by all the regulations of the college, and 2) use personal discretion involving any activities which may be morally or spiritually destructive or reflect poorly on the campus grounds. In particular, Victory Outreach Bible College expects students to refrain from being under the influence of intoxicants, possessing or using illegal drugs, and participating in inappropriate sexual behavior, including any conduct of sexual harassment or homosexuality. All students represent Christ and Victory Outreach Bible College wherever they are, and students are expected to exhibit a distinctive Christian lifestyle in all their activities. *
