Shelburne Farmers Market Application 2025
The 2025 Shelburne Farmers' Market operates Saturdays, 9am-1pm
May 17 - October 18,  RAIN OR SHINE!

WE GIVE PRIORITY CONSIDERATION FOR ACCEPTANCE TO FARMERS & PREPARED FOOD SELLERS.

Our goal is to achieve vendor proportions of 50% farmers, 30% Food Sellers & 20% Artisans.
Artisans will be accepted after all farmers and food sellers have their placement.

FULL SEASON: $500
HALF SEASON $250
DAY VENDOR: $40 Per Market Day

Applications are due March 1, for priority acceptance of full season vendors.
Announcements of Accepted Full Season Vendors will be made by March 15, 2025

Vendor Fees are Due by May 10, the week prior to first day of Summer Market.
Details for each Market date arrive via email, no later than Thursday of each Market Week.

Day Vendors receive an email by Thursday previous to the Saturday market that you have indicated interest in attending. These detail emails serve as an invitation for you to vend at that week's market date if there are available spaces. YOU MUST Reply to those invitation emails each week to confirm your interest for that coming Saturday, if you wish to be included. I try to give preferred dates in advance, if possible.

I understand I will be fined the $40 day vendor fee for any missed markets where I am confirmed by email but do not write the manager to cancel, barring emergencies.

I understand that THREE or more no-shows, where I am scheduled to sell but do not arrive at Shelburne Farmers Market without notice, results in permanent dismissal from SFM, and all future applications will be rejected thereafter.
