Petalz Mosaic is excited to launch a comprehensive beta testing program that will enable families to test our application and provide valuable feedback. We are seeking participants who are passionate about connecting generations, and dedicated to improving the lives of our mothers, fathers, grandparents, or dear friends. Your input will shape the future of our platform.
We will review each application and select a diverse group of volunteers that represents different demographics, technological backgrounds, and challenges introduced with advancing age.
Selected volunteers will be provided with a pre-configured tablet, or provided clear instructions on how to download and install the beta version of the Petalz Mosaic application on their own preferred devices.
They will receive a comprehensive on-boarding package that includes user guides, video tutorials, and access to a dedicated support channel for any questions or issues that arise.
Knowing these terms will help you understand the following questions: (This is important to read)
1. POD - This will reference the community, both family and friends who will be sharing memories
2. Sponsor - The individual taking the initiative and inviting other members (this is likely you!)
3. Petalz - This is how we refer to the individual members of the POD
4. Ambassador - This is our dearly loved mother, father, grandparent or any other recipient of the love and attention that Petalz Mosaic will send their way
5. Inner Petalz - Special members of the POD who will be more closely involved in the caring of our Ambassador

After the defined Beta Testing period, we will provide another form to share your feedback. We will seek your permission to share testimonials or success stories, highlighting the positive impact the application has had.
