*This registration is open for public registration and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
*Registration is on a first come first serve basis, and will be restricted to the first 800 participants.

Regulations:
1. All participants will receive a Project Liber8 official Neon Run T-shirt and a runner's kit. Participants are required to produce the official collection card during collection day.
2. All runners who complete the run will entitle a free entry to the Glow Party after the race.
3. The decision of the organizing committee is final in accepting entries. No refunds will be made for wrongful or multiple entries. Incomplete entry forms will not be accepted.
