RMA TERMS AND CONDITION   (Please Read Carefully)
1. Browan Communications offers the warranty period according to the warranty of the agreement. This limited warranty begins on the original shipment date and is contiguous throughout Browan Communications repairs and replacements within the warranty period. All repairs and RMAs are subject to the conditions described at length on the original warranty.
2. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA form with a valid RMA number issued by Browan Communications Inc.. No returned material will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
3. RMA numbers issued by Browan Communications Inc. are valid for 3 days. Items must be received by us within that time (including overseas shipments).
4. Please give a detailed description of the problem when requesting RMA authorization. Any items returned without explanation and having no obvious defect may be subject to technician's testing fee of $40 per unit.
5. Please make sure that any items returned to us have been tested by your technician prior to return. Any items returned to us which are found to have no defect will be subject to technician's time charges of $40 per unit and returned to you with freight charges due.
6. All returns must be in the same or equivalent packaging as used by Browan Communications. If an RMA package is received by Browan Communications with inferior or insufficient packaging and is damaged in shipment, the unit will immediately treated a out of warranty.
7. We will repair, replace or issue a refund for defective items which are under warranty, at our sole discretion.
8. The warranty is void in case the product has been subject to misuse, abuse, misapplication and any other physical damage. Above all condition will not be covered by warranty.
9. Customer is responsible for the cost of in warranty products shipments to the customer.
10. Browan Communications is responsible for the cost of in warranty products shipments to the customer.
11. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of out of warranty products.
12. Out of warranty repairs will be charged. A repair estimate will be provided prior to service.
13. Browan Communications may change this policy without any prior notice.
