Welcome to our community focused on conscious intention! A direct result of our initial session on sankalpa, we'll discuss a set of topics that build upon each other and are all connected to deepening our understanding and use of this process.
We'll follow this outline as a general format:
~ Introduction of group members and the topic for discussion
~ Group discussion
~ Networking break
~ Yoga Nidra session to continue to re-set our Sankalpa
Topics and sessions include:
1. "Practicing Awareness & Focus" - May 12 from 1-3:00 p.m.
2. "Moving through resistance with grace and ease" - tbd
3. "Surrender" - tbd
YogaCaps is offering this unique two-hour session by donation. All proceed will benefit YogaCaps' nonprofit services. After submitting this form you will receive the link to make your donation in order to reserve your place for the May 12 session.
Items to bring: paper, pen, water, yoga mat or towel/blanket for the relaxation session. Chairs will be also available for those who prefer to be seated.
Location for the May 12 session will be in Merrimack, NH and directions will be sent upon registration.
