To ensure a smooth and safe camp experience, please complete the following:

2️⃣ Complete payment (Note: Student Name + Camp Dates)

3️⃣ Provide emergency contact (primary + alternate)

4️⃣ Inform us in advance of any allergies or medical needs

5️⃣ Sign safety agreement & authorization form

• Full refund if fewer than 5 students/week

• Personal cancellation requires 2-week notice

• Students must follow all safety rules during camp
