Membership Roster Policy *

The Active Membership Roster is distributed to active NJMQG members only. Guild policy does not permit members to give the Roster or any information contained in the Roster to anyone outside the Guild without expressed permission of the member(s) involved. The Guild is not responsible for unauthorized distribution of Roster information without such permission.

Use of Images Policy *

NJMQG policy is that it may take and use images of members and their work at any Guild event for use in web content, electronic and print communications, advertising, promotional and marketing materials, without compensation. The Guild may also use the member's name in descriptive text, including in connection with the images. "Images" includes still photos and motion pictures of any kind including paper and digital formats. "Work" includes quilts or parts of quilts (finished or unfinished), sewing, and all other artwork. "Event" includes Guild meetings, field trips, programs, retreats or any other Guild event or activity. If a member chooses to bring Work to a Guild event, he/she may request that no images be taken. However, it is up to that member to ensure that images are not taken; NJMQG is not responsible if any person does not honor the request.
