You will need to provide a copy of your ACT scores and/or Accuplacer Next-Generation placement test scores prior to enrollment. Scores can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to HutchCC before your enrollment, or you may bring a copy of your score report with you. The HutchCC Admissions office fax number is 620-728-8199, the email address is admissions@hutchcc.edu, and the mailing address is 1300 North Plum, Hutchinson KS, 67501. You may check whether your placement scores are already on file with HutchCC through your DragonZone portal. Once logged-in to DragonZone, view available scores by selecting the Dashboard icon's 'My Profile' option and then clicking on the 'Education' tab.

If you have not taken the ACT or the Accuplacer Next-Generation placement test, or if your placement scores/High School GPA do not meet HutchCC placement standards, please plan on completing the Accuplacer Next-Generation placement tests as part of your Enrollment.

The number of placement tests you will be required to take will be determined by HutchCC enrollment staff.  

Once you’ve determined which placement tests you need to take, please contact HutchCC Assessment Services office to schedule your tests. Assessment Services office can be reached by calling (620) 728 – 8125, or emailing RLRCAssessments@hutchcc.edu. Please include your name, and your student ID when you call or email Assessment Services office. Placement testing is administered at Rimmer Learning Resource Center, and is by appointment only. You can practice for your Accuplacer tests by downloading a free study app. Access this app by going to: https://practice.accuplacer.org/login, and creating your account.

If you need the use of accommodations on placement testing to provide you with equal access; please bring a copy of your IEP or documentation of disability or medical condition to receive accommodations.
