PHX XC: Runner Profile
The following is designed to help construct a profile of you as a runner - your strengths, weaknesses, areas in which you already excel and areas where we need to improve. The questions are divided into two broad categories - physical and mental/emotional. Both are critical to performance - but you'll notice very different questions in the two areas. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of being honest with yourself when answering these questions. Your honesty will allow me to help you be more successful At some point in the first few weeks of the season, we will have an in-depth conversation on your responses.
