LRT is an organization devoted to encouraging and training individuals and organizations at the University of Georgia and in the Athens-Clarke County community to pursue their personal and organizational goals of leadership achievement and personal development. Through membership in LRT, 30-40 dynamic student leaders will learn to harness their own leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills as they impart knowledge from their training to others through various presentation series, programs, events, and conferences including T.O.P.
