The Terms of this Agreement:

Jess & Jason Music agrees to play music as per request on agreed upon date & time. If replacements or substitutes need to be found, 14-30 days of notice will be given and replacement(s) will be found. Likewise, if cancellation occurs, 20 days notice is to be provided and a fee of $50 for booking/reserving the date will be due. Payment (check, cash or money order) will be as per the agreement and due upon arrival.
