Open Call: A Call for Bird Media
Are you a birder? do you study bird behavior? Are you knowledgeable about birds?

RPGA Studio is working in schools and in our community, thinking about the correlation between bird behavior and bullying. We are looking for creative submissions that explore the theme of bullying through bird behavior observations.

How can you help our community have broader conversations about bullying?

Participants are asked to submit one video, about 30 seconds long, depicting different aspects of bird behavior that can relate to bullying. Videos may depict but are not limited to peaceful, aggressive, protective, or collaborative bird behaviors.

Three participants will be chosen to receive a $150 stipend each. If chosen, your video will be shared through social media, and in classroom settings for the purpose of conversations about bullying.

Submissions from January 6, 2025 through January 31, 2025
Results announced on February 7, 2025

How to Apply:
  • Create one video depicting bird behavior and a relationship to bullying.
  • Fill out the form. The process is no more than 20 minutes!
  • Submit one videos by 12/31/2024
