No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.
The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 1 hour prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 30 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
Of course! Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. Chairs will be provided if as well.
No animals are allowed. Please contact us dc.cm@candlelightexperience.com directly if you plan to bring a service animal.
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Must be 10 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes! This show is BYO food and canned/bottled wine and beer. Please note that no red wine is allowed on the premises. There will be plastic cups and bottle openers available, however it is recommended that you bring your own. Additionally, although chairs will be provided for all seats, it is recommended that you bring a picnic blanket if you plan to be eating and drinking during the performance.
There is 2 hour street parking available in the surrounding area. It is recommended that you use public transit or car share services
No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Face masks will be available at all events and attendees will be required to wear a mask to enter and while moving throughout the space. Fully vaccinated attendees may take off their masks once they sit down at their assigned seats. By removing your mask and signing the safety pledge and liability waiver, you are representing to Fever that you have been fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus with an official vaccine approved by the FDA.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The event will be tented but in the case of bad weather conditions, the performance will be rescheduled and you will be notified about the postponement by email. Please be sure to input the correct email address, so you receive the proper communications.
