Terms and Conditions for Pioneers of 212 NFT Drop by Mission CRO
1. Snapshot
- A snapshot of NFT holders will be taken at the end of the drop to determine eligibility.
2.Eligibility
- You must own a Pioneers of 212 NFT by Mission CRO, held in your Crypto.com NFT wallet, as verified on the blockchain.
- You must comply with these Terms and Conditions and the Crypto.com NFT platform’s Terms and Conditions (available at https://crypto.com/nft/terms) to participate in the giveaway.
3. Giveaway Process
- Overview: Crypto.com will conduct the giveaway by randomly selecting winners among eligible Pioneers of 212 NFT holders. Announcements will be made by Mission CRO via @MissionCRO on X and fftb.space/nft.
- Entry: Holding an NFT automatically enters you into the giveaway. No additional action is required.
- Selection Assetwatch: Eligible Pioneers of 212 NFT holders will be randomly selected as winners by CryptoCom NFT. For every 100 NFTs sold, one Assetwatch prize (worth ~ €240) will be awarded. Winners must respond within 7 days with a valid delivery address shared with CryptoCom. Prizes are non-returnable.
- Selection NFT : Eligible Pioneers of 212 NFT holders will be randomly selected as winners by CryptoCom NFT. For every 50 NFTs sold, one NFT from the Pioneers of 212 Collection will be awarded. Prizes are non-returnable.
- Notification: Winners will be contacted via email linked to their Crypto.com account.
- Reservation of Rights: Mission CRO reserves all rights and is not obligated to conduct the giveaway. Third parties, including Crypto.com, are involved in the giveaway process (e.g., winner selection) and are excluded from any legal claims or liability.
- Over the entire duration of the giveaway process, regardless of the number of giveaways conducted, each Crypto.com NFT account is limited to winning a maximum of one (1) Assetwatch prize.
4. Shipping and Handling
- Costs: Mission CRO covers Assetwatch shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
- Address: Winners must provide a valid shipping address within [14 days of notification]. Mission CRO is not liable for items lost due to incorrect addresses and damages of the product.
- Delivery: Estimated delivery times will be provided. Delays due to customs or external factors are not the responsibility of Mission CRO.

- Mission CRO and third parties (including Crypto.com) are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of Assetwatches after shipping or for their value beyond the described terms.

- The third Party “SKYLL GmbH” (operating as “Assetwatch”) is not affiliated with this NFT Drop and bears no responsibility for organizing, conducting, or managing any associated giveaways.

- Mission CRO may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of updates.
