Instructions for claiming credit using the CloudCME Mobile Application

Note: Recording attendance is available 30 minutes prior to the activity, during the activity or 1 week after the activity. Credit can only be claimed up to one week after the date of the activity.

*Please reach out to the Activity Coordinator of the activity attended if you have missed this deadline.

Step 1:  Download App if you have not already.

Google Android - Google Play Store


Step 2:  Open the app and enter the Organization code: umich

Step 3:  Click the Login or Create Account button

Step 4: Choose the type of account

Step 5:  Sign in using your email address and password associated with your MiCME account.

Note: UM accounts will be directed to the UM SIngle Sign On screen



Step 6: Select Claim Credit on the menu, if available.

QR Code Scanning

These instructions are intended only for users that have an active account in MiCME and are using the CloudCME®  mobile app and tapping the Scan Attendance button in the app. Attendance can only be recorded 30 minutes prior to the activity, during the activity, or up to One Week from the date of the activity. 

Step 1:  Download App if you have not already

Step 2:  Open the app and enter the organization code: umich when prompted

Step 3:  Click the Login or Create Account button

Step 4: Choose the type of account

Step 5:  Sign in using your email address and password associated with your MiCME account.

Note: UM accounts will be directed to the UM SIngle Sign On screen

Step 6: Once signed in, scan the QR code that was presented to you by the Activity Coordinator.
