Parent Portal Guide to Electronic Processes in Alma Start
Step 1: Log in to the Parent Portal, https://gilpinsecondary.getalma.com/home. If you do not have access to Alma’s parent portal, please contact Gretchen Sechler in the Secondary office at 303-582-3446.
Step 2: Click on the Alma Start link in the drop-down menu under the parent’s initials in the upper-right hand corner.
Step 3: Once in Alma Start, click on your student’s name in the left-hand column.
Step 4: Click on the green plus sign in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 5: Please select the school, school year, and grade from the drop down menu to select a process.
Step 6: Select the process to be completed. The example below is for the 2022-23 Student Athletic Participation forms.
Step 7: Once you have completed all forms, you will receive a confirmation message that your form(s) have been submitted successfully.
