  • ALL in-person and virtual events must be submitted to the PGC Calendar.
  • Double-check the PGC Calendar to confirm that your event doesn’t conflict with another event.
  • Even if you are waiting for a room to be booked, please submit events 2 weeks in advance. Details/other info can be edited later.
  • If an org hits 3 non-registered events, then PGC will discuss the org leaving PGC’s jurisdiction and falling under RUSA’s jurisdiction instead. We want to ensure that there is fluidity in coordinating EMSOP’s events, hence the guidelines. Our orgs hold such amazing and fruitful events throughout the academic year, and we want to ensure that every E-Board has the fair opportunity to schedule events accordingly.
