Location: JMU Club Rowing Boathouse
Address: 200 Morrison Road, Shenandoah, VA, 22849
(You can also find it on Google Maps by looking up Shenandoah River Park next to the Town of Shenandoah).
Parking: Please park in the gravel parking lot, not by the boathouse.
Who can come to watch the Mock Regatta?
We invite everyone to come join us at the Mock Regatta. This includes friends, family members, alumni, neighbors from the Town of Shenandoah, and anyone else who wants to stop by!

What should I bring?
Rowers/Coxswains: Please bring at least 32 oz. of water, clothing appropriate to the weather forecast, sunscreen, and anything else that you feel like you’ll need.
Parents/Friends/Alumni/etc.: We recommend bringing lawn chairs, cowbells, and whatever else you think will help you cheer on the team! Also if you are able to, please consider signing up to bring something to the Mock Regatta. Refer to the SignUpGenius link here: Food & Drinks Sign Up (Thank you!)
So what’s the purpose of the Mock Regatta?
The Mock Regatta is used for new members of JMU Club Rowing to get an experience of what their first race will feel like! It is also used for the team to connect with alumni, family, and members of the community.
If I am unable to make it to the Mock Regatta, is there a way I can still support the team?
