Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

Is there parking available?

The entrance is located at 3025 Walnut St. Philadelphia, PA 19104, conveniently located in the University City District of Philadelphia, right off of I-76W (Exit 345) and just a few blocks south of Philadelphia’s 30th Station, which includes services from Amtrak, NJ Transit, and SEPTA.

There is plenty of metered parking available within walking distance of the venue on Walnut St, Lower Walnut St, and 31st St. There are also several flat rate public parking lots nearby. For evenings and weekends after 5pm, we recommend FMC Tower. For weekdays, try Penn Park or LAZ Parking.

When should I arrive?

The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 30 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Please note that dinner service will stop once the show begins. If you wish to have dinner before the show we highly recommend that you arrive early to the show.

Are there food and beverages available?

Yes! The bar and kitchen will be open at 5:00 PM . Full dinner service will be available from your table, we recommend you arrive early to best enjoy. If you are interested in a full dining experience and have purchased a theater seat or standing, we recommend you make reservations, available from 6:00 PM, in the lounge area. Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances, except for service animals. Please contact us here if you plan to bring a service animal.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Is there an age requirement?

Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All attendees must be vaccinated, including minors.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

What happens if the COVID regulations do not allow for the event to be hosted?

If the regulations don’t allow for the event to happen, you will receive a voucher for a future event. We will communicate any changes by email and through the app, and your tickets will be valid for the new date. Please ensure your Fever account is associated with your correct email to receive any notifications.
