• Event registrations: personal details needed to manage participation. If registration is handled by a third-party platform such as Luma, their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.
• Website visitor data: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns, which may be collected automatically by our website provider (Framer) for security and performance.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process personal data only where permitted by law, relying on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6.1(b)): evaluating applications, communicating with you, and managing participation in our programs.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6.1(f)): ensuring the security and functionality of our services, maintaining records of applications and participants, developing our operations, cooperating with partners, and protecting our legal rights.
