Picnic/Day Use
Come for the day! Included in the picnic use are the hiking trail, pier, grills (propane and charcoal extra), canoeing, kayaking, campfires, playground, pray labyrinth, tetherball, and gaga pit, as well as the game field. For an extra cost, pool and waterfront supervision for sailboats can also be provided.  

Pricing - $10 per person, per day
Grill use - $15 per day, per grill

Cowell Hall Meeting Space and Kitchen
Seats up to 100, or up to 80 in banquet style seating in a recently renovated facility with central heat and air. There is a pool table as well as ping pong tables. The kitchen includes three refrigerators, a separate freezer, ice maker, small dishwasher, double sink, gas, and electric stove. On the large covered back porch, there are two gas grills and picnic tables.

Pricing - $225 per day. There is no charge if using the cabins overnight.

Ward Hall ~ Assembly Room and/ or Dining Hall
Each room seats up to 120 people and includes tables, chairs, and a front porch with rocking chairs.

Pricing – Ward Hall - $200 per day

           Assembly Hall or Dining Hall - $100 per day

Jack and Gladys Lee Building (gym)
Full-size basketball court that can convert to two volleyball courts or three pickleball courts. Seats approximately 500 people. There is a 25’ movie screen, lobby area, seven classrooms, a first aid room, restrooms, and a camp store. The Lee Chapel is an intimate indoor worship center that seats approximately 70 people.
There is a technology fee for use of the gym’s built-in audiovisual equipment, but you may bring your own AV equipment, and portable screens are available.

Pricing - Gym use - $30 per hour/$300 per day

          Classrooms - $50 per day

          Lee Chapel - $100 per day

West Memorial Waterfront Chapel
Seats up approximately 250 people. Beautiful view of Dawson Creek, worship table, and electricity.

Pricing - $300 per 6 hour day with exclusive use and no charge if staying overnight

The camp’s liability insurance requires a certified lifeguard for use of the pool. The lifeguard must present up to date credentials to be kept on record in the camp office. Please speak with camp staff about any lifeguard needs.

Pricing - $200 for 4 hours

All accommodations and services at Camp Caroline will have NC sales tax (6.75%) added. A 10% discount for all Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) members and affiliates is applied to lodging. Discount does not apply to housekeeping or sanitation fees, which is a one-time fee per reservation.
