Periodically, we all lose the connection to our printers. If this happens to you, there is a way for you to reconnect. As always, you are welcome to send in a ticket. For those of you who are comfortable doing it yourself, just follow these steps:
1. Often rebooting your computer will bring back printers.
2. If the printer is still not available after a reboot, Click on the Start Menu
3. Search for “Printers”. Then click on Printers & Scanners. This will open up the printer page.
4. Click on Add device (near the top right side of the page)
5. It will begin to populate a list of some of our printers.
6. If it is listed Select “Add Device” next to Follow Me Printing (or the printer you need)
7. If it prompts you to install the driver, click Yes.
8. If you are still unable to locate the printer you need, please send in a ticket.
