Terms of Service

Some things are subject to change.

(Last updated April 3, 2023)

General Guidelines:

[Please read before you consider commissioning!]

  • By commissioning me, you have read and fully agree to my terms of service.

  • I will reject any request that I feel uncomfortable drawing without any further contact. I may also reject your idea of changes if you give me artistic freedom (without any preferences, saying, “do what you feel” or “surprise me”) and then ask for changes later. Do not be picky.

  • If a client is rushing me or rude in any manner, I have the right to decline their request or give out a refund depending on completion of work.

  • Please have a reference picture ready for your commission. I cannot work with a written description.

  • I will not draw NSFW, Hate Speech, Gore, Fetish, or Personal contact with my OC’s. If you ask, you run the risk of me denying you future commissions!

  • Clients may re-upload their artwork, but must credit me! (Ex: Reposting with my @’s: [Twitter, Instagram,  Tumblr,  Facebook] either on the initial post or in the comments section.)

  • Clients will receive a sketch (or W.I.P.) of their art piece. This is considered the half-way point of the commission. It is encouraged that you ask for any edits at this point, as it will be easier to fix during this time.

  • I do not show WIP’s for Sketches, Doodles, or Pixel commissions.

  • Any work started after the sketch is continued because of your approval. If you are not satisfied with the final piece and request any major editing (examples are as provided in the “Payment” section), there will be an upcharge in price or the current piece will be considered as the finished product and will not be changed.

  • If there is no response or payment 3 days after being contacted by me, your slot will be forfeited.

  • Please be ready to provide a clear and thorough description of any extra accessories or clothing for your commission to avoid any major edits later down the line, it saves time for both sides and money for you.

  • Any work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.

Payment Method:

  • I only accept money via PayPal or Stripe using the Ko-Fi method (USD$). If you do not have a paypal, you can set up one here. You do not need a Stripe account.

  • Initial payments are preferred to be paid in full upon commissioning. Half price initial payment is accepted; however, you will only receive a sketch of your commission. Full payment is required to continue the commission after the sketch. I will not accept anything less than half of your total payment.

  • Major edits (Recoloring, Background Changes, Facial Changes/Expressions, Poses, Extra Characters, etc.) will be a varying fee depending on complexity.

  • Your commission will be accepted and put into a queue log after full/half payment and if you meet the criteria above. You may ask for my current queue list privately, or click here.

  • Tips are always appreciated but not necessary!

Refunds/Deadlines:

  • If the client requests a refund before the sketch begins, I will keep 5% of the current amount paid. If I am in the process of the sketch or have finished and the client requests a refund, I will keep 50% of your current amount paid. Anything past the sketch portion will not be refunded, unless decided otherwise by me.

  • Commissions may take up to a month (30 days) depending on the workload of my queue, the type of commission, life activities, or more.

  • If you have a specified due date (Birthday, Holiday, etc.), you must let me know at least two weeks ahead of time. Any date given less than two weeks may be accepted through artist's discretion and the type of commission being done.

Usage of Art:

  • I reserve the rights to all artwork made to:
  • Promote myself for advertising purposes.
  • Display on any form of social media I am on, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Use as examples to others, with the watermark attached.
  • Not for commercial use, meaning you cannot make profit. This is for personal use ONLY unless discussed and agreed upon the Artist and Client.

  • The commissioner reserves the right to:
  • Claim rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
  • Share/Repost their artwork any place they see fit with proper credit to the artists.
  • Request that their art piece not be displayed on other platforms by the artists.
  • You must request this either before or when you receive the artwork for this rule to come into effect.

Any violation of the rules above could result in the artist rejecting current and/or future commissions from said client.
