MAKE UP CLASS POLICY

Make up classes may replace a missed class if space is available in the appropriate age and level. Make ups are not guaranteed, and full classes cannot be joined. Intro-level make ups do not require prior experience, and adults may use Open Gym as a make up when space allows, except during show prep periods.

Submit the Make Up Class Request Form at least 48 hours before your absence with all required details. Incomplete forms will not be approved. Make ups require confirmed approval, and drop-ins are not eligible. Each student may take up to two make ups per session.

Make ups must be completed within the same session and expire when a new session begins. No-shows, late notifications, or messaging instructors directly do not qualify. If an approved make-up class is missed, it is considered used and cannot be rescheduled. Once a make-up class is registered, it is final and cannot be transferred to another class. There will be no refunds, re-scheduling, or Makeup Classes available for summer programming.

CLASS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CLASS REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

All classes must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting the studio. Payment is required at the time of booking. Rates are listed on our website.During summer schedule there will be no Refunds, Registration adjustments or class changes.

REFUNDS

All fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer credits for missed classes.

PREVIOUS INJURIES

Students with pre-existing injuries or limitations must notify their instructor before the session begins. Refunds or credits will not be issued if a pre-existing injury limits participation. Private lessons may be available for individualized support.

LEVELLING & AGE CATEGORIES

Please confirm age categories and levels before registering. Students enrolled in incorrect classes will be withdrawn without a refund.

Note: Drop-ins are only permitted when space allows and must match the student’s level.

MEDICAL WITHDRAWAL

Students may request a studio credit for the unused portion of the session with a valid medical note. A $50 administration fee applies. Credits are not guaranteed. No credits will be issued for classes that took place before written notification is received.

Summary of pre-session policy: Standard withdrawals are not eligible for refunds; only medically supported requests with documentation can be considered for credit.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES

If you are experiencing an exceptional situation, you may submit a Registration Request Form for review. Approved accommodations require payment of 50% of remaining classes plus a $50 administration fee.
