Suggested Warm up Trails: Glade or Sidewinder

Getting to Race Trail: After unloading the Quad Lift, go to the right and follow trail 200m to Upper Alley Cat

Carrying Coats: People should go around the racecourse to carry coats so we don't have any risk of movement on the hill or potential interference. Either adjacent trail (Sidewinder to the skier’s left and Glade to the right) is easily accessible. The exception would be for a slip crew - check with start control before carrying coats down the pitch.

FIS Helmets: Remember a FIS helmet is required for GS.  No helmet mounts on the helmet.  A US Ski & Snowboard License is required for this race.

Basic Reminders: If a racer loses a ski more than two gates above finish (U629.4) they must exit the course. If a competitor comes to a complete stop in GS (e.g. after a fall), they must no longer continue through previous or further gates. Penalty for continuing to race after a complete stop is disqualification.  ALL knee braces and back protectors must be worn under the GS suit or race clothing.   DQs will be posted on the electronic WhatsApp communication board.
