Payment * All bookings will be guaranteed by guest’s individual credit card by hotel reservation form or via hotel system. * Credit card details are required in order to guarantee only. * In case of cancellation, credit card shall be charged from the credit card guarantee * Guests are informed to pay for their stay directly upon check-in.
Check-in & Check-out Policy * Please note that check-in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hrs. * A single night room charge will be required if early check-in or late check-out. No Show Policy * No-show is one night room charge will be charged direct to credit card. * No-show means failure to arrive at the hotel on the day booked for arrival. * Hotel will hold the reservation room until 24.00 hrs. of the day booked for arrival. *If guest arrive later than and have not inform the hotel of the change of arrival date, the hotel will release the booking and apply full period of booking penalty. * If the guest arrives at a subsequent date, then guest will not be refunded for the date between scheduled and actual arrival.
