How do I get to the Madison Building?
The Madison Building is connected to the Cannon House Office Building via a tunnel on the Northeast side of the building on the basement level. You may also enter through the front entrance of the Madison Building on Independence Ave. SE or on C Street SE. You will need to bring your ID to enter.
If you take the tunnel, you’ll enter the Madison building on the basement level; if you take the C Street entrance you’ll enter on the Ground floor, and if you take the Independence Ave. entrance you’ll enter on the first floor.
Both locations are near the Madison Cafeteria, which offers a 20% discount on all food to House staff with an ID.
