Box Office/Registration/Will Call/Check In:
Our check-in desk will be open to assist with any ticket issues or day-of ticket purchases starting at 5:30 PM LOCAL.
Children & Tickets for Children:
Children ages 2 and under do not need a ticket. We generally recommend this event for ages 12 and older, though we’ve met girls as young as 9 who have loved attending. Please note this event is designed for women and is not suitable for young children. Childcare will not be provided.
Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable.
Handicap Seating:
All events are equipped to offer handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility.
Deaf, Hard of Hearing & Visual Impairment Accommodations:
Services to the deaf can be made available based upon request 4 weeks in advance. Please contact the Hope of Heaven Tour with Jennifer Rothschild at 417-888-2067.
Photo & Video Policy:
We will have a photographer at the event, and photos will also be taken by attendees to capture memories and special moments. Compassion International / Jennifer Rothschild Ministries reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Compassion International / Jennifer Rothschild Ministries may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, social media, television and websites.
Parking Details & Directions:
There should be plenty of free parking at the Host Church. Directions can be found by using your favorite GPS map software. Also, look for updates in an email sent to ticket purchasers the week of the event.
Volunteers:
When you volunteer for the Hope of Heaven Tour, you will get to see God work in unique ways—both through you and in the lives of the women who attend. All volunteers purchase an event ticket and still experience the full program from start to finish. Volunteers will also attend a short Volunteer Meeting at 4:30 p.m. on the day of the event, where you will receive early access to seating, a Seat Saver Pass, and a small gift as our thanks for serving. Invitations to volunteer will be sent to all ticket holders about 30 days before the event.
