TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a commission, you confirm to have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

GENERAL:

- To purchase a commission, you have to be a legal adult in the place you live. No exceptions.

- I reserve the right to refuse any commission without having to explain the reason.

THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW:

- human characters;

- adult themed ferals unless it's a fantasy character (dragons/gryphons/hellhounds are ok);

- adult themed cub&underage;

- vehicles and mecha;

- complex city landscapes;

- hard kinks like gore/rape/scat/watersports/diapers;

- rule34/macro-micro/hyper is questionable, better to ask first;

RIGHTS TO USE:

-  Your commission is for your personal use only; you can repost it online anywhere you want, with given credits. You can also print it or use it for personal items. Before making any alterations as coloring (and posting) please contact me before doing it.

- I have right to post finished commission in my FurAffinity gallery and social media (unless agreed otherwise*).

- As an artist I retain rights to use commissioned art for personal use and in reproduction (prints, artbooks, etc). That means you agree to have me selling art with your character in limited amount of copies (unless agreed otherwise*).

-  The commissioner may not, in any situation, reproduce art to sell commercially without previous agreement.

- In case of commissioning an art for commercial use, please contact me before to discuss the licensing fees.

- Please always credit me as an artist - I greatly appreciate that, thanks!

*A private commission (not posting online/no selling copies) is possible with additional price. Please contact me before to discuss the price.

PAYMENT INFO:

- Paypal only. I use invoices.

- Payment is upfront. In some rare cases I may discuss payment plans.

- Payment currency in EURO (EUR).

- I consider commission accepted after the payment is done.

EXPECTED FINISHING TIME and REFUNDS:

- Depending on commission type, working may take up to 6 months.

- If there is a certain deadline, please let me know upfront.

- In case of longer waiting, there is a possibility of partial or full refund, depending on current commission status. I'm always trying to be in touch with commissioner, so please inform me about wanting a refund before contacting Paypal.

WORKFLOW, WIP-s AND EDITS;

- I do not show WIP-s of sketch commissions. The minor changes are possible after finishing the sketch. This is related to sketch commission only, full pencil illustration is a different thing and WIPs will be shown.

- I always start my works from doing rough digital sketch, no matter of finishing them traditionally or digitally. Just make the edits easier. So if you commissioned traditional piece and gets a rough digital sketch, don't worry, it's just the way I work :).

- I draw by your given description and/or additional references, and then show you the rough sketch.

- If you don't like the pose at all, I'll design one more for free, but each next full redraw of the picture will be consider a new commission. I reserve the rights to use rejected sketches for another commissions or personal art.

- All needed changes/edits need to be done at the sketch phase. I'll consult all the changes with you. Only when we both agree the sketch looks good, I'll process.

- No free changes are allowed in the drawing after lineart and flat color process is completed, unless is my fault in a misinterpretation of a reference (e.g. missed jewelry/markings). Any extra changes will have an additional charge.

- I don't rework finished pictures or apply big changes on them.
