AGREEMENT TO TERMS

If you and b00st.com are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, both parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. The costs of arbitration will be paid by the unsuccessful party. However, nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief or pursuing claims in small claims court.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
