What is a Subprocessor

A Subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by Woomio, who has or potentially will have access to or process Service Data (which may contain Personal Data). Woomio engages different types of Subprocessors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.

Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, Woomio performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
