• Payment information (handled by third-party processors)

3. How We Use Your Information

Email Address: Used solely for:

• Sending you AI-generated responses
• Service-related communications

Email Content: Used only for:

• AI processing and task execution
• Generating appropriate responses
• Immediately deleted after processing completion

Email Addresses: Stored securely in a SQL database located in the United States with industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

Email Content: Not stored. Processed as transient tasks and permanently deleted immediately upon completion.

Retention Periods:

• Email addresses: Retained until you request account deletion or after 2 years of account inactivity
• Email content: Zero retention - deleted immediately after processing

We do NOT:
