Overview

Thank you for your interest in the Stable Faith Cowboy Church photography contest.  This document contains information regarding the contest rules and highlights the contest categories. We expect that the photographs will showcase the variety that Florida agriculture has to offer. The submitted photos will be used in both electronic and print format to help promote Florida agriculture. The top photo in each category/age division will receive a $100.00 gift card. We will use the following age divisions. Student, under the age of 18 by entry deadline. Adult, over the age of 18 by entry deadline. Model release must be signed by anyone whose likeness is recognizable in the photo. Photos will be evaluated based on creativity, composition and category representation.

Categories

Contestants can submit up to three (3) photos total for this contest. Each photo must be submitted under one of the following categories:

On the Farm: Showcasing any building, piece of equipment, livestock or activity that is a part of life on a Florida farm.

Faces of Agriculture: Featuring those who grow and produce food, fuel and fiber in Florida.

Agritourism: Spotlighting Florida’s seasonal and agricultural destinations, such as farmers markets, wineries and you pick farms.

Conservation: Highlighting Florida's natural beauty with landscapes, water and wildlife.

Rules

The photographer must be a Florida resident. Photographs must be original works and taken in Florida since June 1, 2024.

Each photo must be accompanied by an entry form. Each entry is to be printed 8” x 10”, mounted on foam core board that is 9” x 11”.

Photos must not be edited. Slight computer-enhanced photos are allowed (such as cropping, trimming, and red-eye reduction), but photos significantly altered by using computer programs will be disqualified.

Deadline:  All photos must be submitted by June 1 of the current year. To submit your photography, please mail or drop off along with the entry form and model release, if needed, to Stable Faith Cowboy Church, 12077 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34601. Questions-officesfcc@gmail.com
