Incident reported to: a) Security guards at slaughterhouse b) Police c) Department of Transport | At the time, yes we talked to security guards and called the police who arrived after truck left. No actions taken against driver. |
Full description of what happened:
Driver ran into activists at entrance of Fearmans slaughterhouse. He left driving aggressively as well. On his way out he almost clipped the security guard.

Full description of what happened:
A Brussels truck with a blue cab waited in front of Fearmans for about 25 minutes in lane heading west and created a safety hazard. |

Were police present? Did they intervene? Did the police take any action (positive or negative)? When police officer arrived, he cordially waived the trucker in but not spoken to or asked about what his dangerous move. When we talked to the officer the officer thought of objections the driver might have saying maybe he was worried we’d block him but the officer did not talk to the driver so he was guessing. |

Full description of what happened: Driver ran into activists with their transport truck

Were police present? Did they intervene? Did the police take any action (positive or negative)? Officer Smethurst witnessed one truck running into activists. I asked him to speak to driver. The driver left then officer left. He said he missed him but that I could send him report and footage. He asked for my name and address. Full description of what happened: Blue truck ran into us after stopping first with many activists at front, but when all but one activist left to bear witness the trucker drove into the one remaining activist.
