Reminders:
- The library is only available for book return and check-out on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during homeroom. You need a pass to be in the library.
- Homework Club:Â Come and get your work done between 3 and 4 pm. This will be held in the library unless otherwise noted. All students are welcome to attend. Â Teachers will be able to help you get or stay caught up!
Homework Club Expectations:
- Students who are attending Homework Club need to bring homework to work on.
- Homework Club is for doing homework and getting help on your work, not for socializing with friends or waiting for a ride.
- It needs to be a quiet work environment.
- Students need to sign in and out in the orange binder.
- If resources are used, they need to be put away after use in the correct spot.
- If a student is not following the expectations, they will be asked to leave.Â
- Going to the Gym:
- The amount of equipment is limited for your safety.
- Make sure you are wearing tennis shoes. Locker rooms will not be available.
- Only go to the gym if you plan on participating in the activities offered (6th & 7th grades).
- Do not kick any balls in the gym to avoid unintentional injury or damage.
- Keep your activity in your area so everyone can enjoy themselves.
- If you are in the gym, you are in the gym.
- No wandering the halls during homeroom.
- Recognize that there are lots of people in a small area, so be smart about the decisions that you make (ie- do not throw balls across the entire gym floor and chance hitting someone in the head).
- Gym time is a privilege. If it does not go well, it will be taken away or modified to include fewer people.
- All equipment must be returned before any students leave the gym.
