Our Vision

To build a network of Girl Scout members, alumnae and friends with a shared passion for making a life-changing impact for girls from Santa Clara County participating in Girl Scouts Northern California (GSNorCal) by pooling donations and awarding grants to Council programs and projects.

And, through GSNorCal Giving Circle gatherings foster donor awareness and personal education of the high impact GSNorCal programs designed to build future leaders with courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

Got Choices

Year-round prevention and intervention program designed for girls, 11-18, who are involved, or at risk for becoming involved, in the juvenile justice system, empowering them to break free from cycles of violence, abuse, and underachievement.


Touch the lives of 25 of the 900 girls served by this program

Daughters of Farm Workers

Enrichment program that empowers young Latinas, the daughters of marginalized farm, nursery, and agricultural workers to build skills and knowledge that contribute to success in school and life, while also engaging families in lifelong learning.


Serve 32 marginalized girls of the estimated 270 that will participate.

Discover Together

Brings engaging hands-on science, technology, engineering, and environmental stewardship experiences to girls who have few opportunities for quality after-school enrichment.


Build interest and confidence in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and environmental sciences for approximately 40-50 girls from under-resourced communities in Santa Clara County (3,500 girls estimated to participate).

Membership Information

Being a part of this giving circle creates an unique opportunity for members to make a large impact in specific programs supporting underserved girls in our communities. Our circle will award sizable grants to GSNorCal programs in Santa Clara County.

Time commitment will be limited to two to three optional meetings a year:

*Includes $25 member administration and meeting hospitality fee

About Us

The Giving Circle operates under the GSNorCal organization which provides reporting and communication support, as well as nonprofit status.

The Giving Circle is managed by a Steering Committee of dedicated volunteers and GSNorCal staff. Click here to read their bios. The Giving Circle is governed by group by-laws and policies.
