FOREIGN NATIONAL= people seeking asylum, those with dual citizenship (ex: Iran & Canada, etc), student visas, any worker visas, refugee resettlement, AND those with legal permanent residency (Greencards).

Trump has signed an executive order that, starting from NOW, will:

  1. BAN ALL FOREIGN NATIONALS FROM ENTERING THE U.S. FROM IRAQ, IRAN, YEMEN, SYRIA, LIBYA, SOMALIA AND SUDAN (All Muslim Majority Countries). This includes banning all re-entry if they are currently out of the country. Their visas will be cancelled at port-of-entry (it doesn’t matter if this is a new visa, greencard or one that you’ve had) and they may be forced to purchase a flight back or need a lawyer.

  1. Start a 1 month long review of immigration processes from ANY COUNTRY to see which countries do not provide “enough” information for the U.S. to approve their admission, visas, greencards, and other immigration benefits (including family sponsorship). If these countries are unable to change their immigration process in 2 months, Trump will ban their nationals from entering the U.S. indefinitely. Even after the review is completed, any countries can be added to the ban. “Values tests” will be added to all immigration interviews, people will be asked about their religious beliefs.

  • If your countries are not on the current 30 day ban, they can be on a more long term ban. In the past, U.S. “national security” registry programs have also targeted Muslim immigrants from Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Eritrea, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Tunisia, UAE, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, and Kuwait--immigrants from these countries should expect more difficulty in acquiring a visa to the U.S. And for the 7 countries currently being banned, the ban can extend far beyond 30 days.

  1. ALL REFUGEE RESETTLEMENT TO THE U.S. WILL BE STOPPED FOR THE NEXT 4 MONTHS 
  • According to Pew, the United States welcomed almost 85,000 refugees in 2016. Almost half of them were Muslim. Iraq, Iran, Syria, Somalia, and Sudan make up a majority of refugee arrivals in the region. They already cannot enter because the 30 day ban, and now they also cannot enter through refugee resettlement. Muslims being persecuted as minorities in other countries (Ex: Rohingya in Burma) that could have made it through the initial 30 day ban will be banned by the freezing of the resettlement program. Syrian refugees have especially been singled out as their refugee resettlement has been stopped entirely and indefinitely until Trump feels “satisfied” with the resettlement process.

  • The President writes Executive Orders for Federal Agencies to enforce. They are implemented immediately once they are signed. They are NOT subject to Congressional oversight. Your representatives may have a limited ability to change this, so it is very important in this case that we support each other. There will likely be future changes that increase surveillance in the community as well: click here.

  • Safety plan for your family & friends: Do not leave the country if you are a foreign national and want to return for the U.S. If a friend or family members is a foreign national and is currently trying to return to the U.S. please connect with legal representation and resources as soon as possible.

  • If you have the resources, support all local refugee communities that are going to be heavily impacted by this executive order and many others: especially Iraqi, Afghani, Irani, Somali, Yemeni, Sudani, and Rohingya (from Burma) communities.
  • Find out what refugee communities are growing in your state by clicking here  (note that if the numbers seem small this is the number arrivals in only 3 months). Do outreach, find organizations online and connect with them.
  • Support organizations with money and volunteering (especially as families may need to send resources back home given the resettlement freezes). And if there are a lack of organizations do outreach and build community support for health & legal services, youth programming, ESL classes, interpretation/translation, computer literacy courses, and their cultural programming.
  • If you or your family speaks Arabic, Somali, Farsi, or Hindi/Urdu (some Rohingya also speak Hindi/Urdu) that could be needed and useful to these refugee spaces.

 ترمب قد وقع تعليمات رئاسيه تتضمن ما يلي ويبدا تنفيذها فورا:

 1.  منع مواطني الدول التاليه من دخول الولايات المتحده الامريكيه : العراق, ايران, سوريا, ليبيا , صوماليا, السودان واليمن. وهذا القرار يشمل منع الرجوع الى الولايات للمسافرين الذين غادروا اميركا حتى في حاله حملهم لفيرة الرجوع الى امريكا. حسب هذا القرار سوف تلغى فيزة الدخول الى امريكا( سواء كانت قديمه او حديثة الاصدار) في المطارات ونقاط الدخول وربما يجبرون على شراء بطاقة سفر للعوده الى بلدانهم او يحتاجون الى محامي .

2. تبدا من الان ولمدة 30 يوما اعادة النظرفي معاملات الهجره من اية دوله بهدف معرفة الدول التي لا تزود الولايات المتحده الامريكيه بعلومات كافيه عن مواطنيها الراغبين بالدخول الى امريكا وهذا يشمل طالبي فيزة الدخول , الكارت الاخضر( كرين كارت) او اي معاملة هجره اخرى حتى ولو كانت لسبب الالتحاق بالعائله.

في حالة عدم استطاعة هذه البلدان من تزويد الولايات المتحده الامريكيه بالمعلومات الكافيه عن مواطنيها طالبي الهجره خلال شهرين, فسوف يمنع ترمب مواطني هذه الدول من الدخول الى اميركا بشكل نهائي

وحتى عند اتمام اعادة النظر فهناك احتمال اضافة دول اخرى للقائمه.

بالاضافه الى ذلك فسوف تضيف دائرة الهجره الامريكيه  اسئله عن الانتماء الديني

* اذا كنت مواطن دوله غير مشموله بالمنع الحالي, فهناك احتمال ان دولتك ستواجه منع الدخول الى امريكا لاحقا. وقد سبق لدائره الامن القومي الامريكي عرقلة معاملات الهجره من الدول التاليه: افغانستان, الجزائر, البحرين, ارتيريا, لبنان, المغرب, عمان, قطر, تونس, الامارات العربيه المتحه, باكستان, المملكه العربيه السعوديه ,بنكلاديش, مصر, اندنوسيا, الاردن, والكويت. سيواجه مواطني هذه البلدان صعوبات في الحصول على فيزه الدخول الى الولايات المتحده الامريكيه.

اما البلدان السبعه المشموله بالمنع الحالي فمن المحتمل ان يستمر المنع لاكثر من 30 يوم خلاف ما هو معلن.

3. سوف يتوقف قبول المهاجرين المشمولين "بتوطين اللاجئين" الى اميركا خلال الاربعه اشهر القادمه

80% من مجموع 30000 لاجئ من الذين دخلوا امريكا خلال الشهور الاربعه الاخيره هم قادمين من الشرق الاوسط, جنوب اسيا, وشرق افريقيا . والغالبيه العظمى من هؤلاء اللاجئين قادمون من العراق, ايران, سوريا, صوماليا والسودان. هؤلاء الللاجئين سوف لن يستطيعوا الدخول الى اميركا بسبب المنع المفروض لمدة 30 يوميا ولا يشملون بمشروع  "توطين اللاجئين".

يواجه الاقليات المسلمه اعمال عنف مثل ( روهنكا في بورما ) والان يواجهون صعوبة الدخول الى اميركا بسبب قرارت المنع الحالي. اما اللاجئين السوريين فمشكلتهم اكبر حيث ان القرارات  الاخيره تمنع دخولهم الى امريكا الى ان يقتنع  ترمب بضوابط الهجره.

       ۱- اگر شما شهروند ایرانی هستید و در خارج امریکا می باشید، ولی ویزای معتبر برای

                     ورود به امریکا دارید، شما نمی توانید وارد امریکا شوید.

                 ۲- در حکم نهایی مشخص نشده است که اگر شما دو ملییتی هستید ( برای مثال شهروند ایران و

                     فرانسه) بتوانید وارد امریکا شوید.                    

                 ۳- در حکم نهایی مشخص نشده است که اگر شما کارت سبز امریکا را داشته و در خارج امریکا

                     هستید، مانع ورود شما به امریکا نخواهند شد. و این در حالی است که به ما گزارش موثق ولی

                     تایید نشده رسیده است که این اتفاق هم اکنون افتاده است و مانع سوار شدن افرادی با کارت سبز

                     از کشور های دیگر به قصد امریکا شده اند.

                          به همین جهت ما به ایرانیانی که کارت سبز دارند توصیه اکید می کنیم تا مشخص نشدن

                          وضعیت این حکم از خاک امریکا خارج نشوند. ما در حال حاضر شدیدا به دنبال شفّاف

                          سازی این حکم ار دولت ترامپ هستیم – یعنی حکمی که در باره ایرانیان با کارت سبز

                          و حکمی که در باره ایرانیان دو ملیّتی است.

                       

              ۴-  این ممنوعیّت روی ایرانیانی که سیتیزن (شهروند) امریکا هستند مستقیما تاثیری ندارد.

               ۵- هنوز هیچ حکمی که نشانگر اخراج افرادی که ویزای قانونی دارند و در داخل امریکا زندگی می کنند

                   صادر نشده است، به شرط آن که این افراد از خاک امریکا خارج نشوند.
