To facilitate research and information gatherings of Balance Council voters, below is a compilation of suggestions from different influential communities with links to source materials of such suggestions where the rationales were laid out (if applicable) + relevant discussions. SOME OF THE SUGGESTIONS ARE IN DRAFT THROUGH THE SEASON, AND MAY BE CHANGED AT ANY MOMENT BEFORE THE SEASON ENDS

This season sees for the first time, different influential blocs come together to coordinate changes (ENG: Lerio/Shinmiri, CIS: Necrotal, MetallicDanny, CHN Coalition via private Discord)
While the degree of coordination is preliminary and each blocs retained full freedom, hopefully this early phase of blocs-coordination may result in a more global results, instead of each-to-their-own as before leading to inefficiency

From past Balance Council changes:

(⭐⭐⭐) means very high influence with a significant voting power. Was able to dictate majority of Balance Council changes in the past with almost all suggestions
(⭐⭐) means high influence with top category suggestions very often go through
(⭐) means moderate influence with a few suggestions occasionally made it through, mainly by cooperating with others
