Users affirm when submitting Customer Data to our services that they have lawful rights to provide such data, and consent to Bamboo using the data pursuant to this policy and the User Agreement.

We retain personal data as long as we have a business need or as required by law. For End User data, we delete or return these data to the User within 30 days after the User account termination, unless otherwise required to comply with legal obligations.
Data Transfers
We may transfer personal data globally as required to provide our services and operate our business. Where required, we utilise standard contracts approved by European data protection authorities to ensure personal data receives a similar level of protection as if it remained within the EEA.
