Group Meeting, Weekly Schedule Monday's 3-5pm:

• 3:15 - Gather, Snacks, Set up, conf room reserved starting at 3:15 - 5:15 pm
• 3:33 - Start of Meeting, bring and use your calendar, hear all announcements.
• 3:40 (after lab business) RESEARCH UPDATE from scheduled presenter
• ~40 min PPT, show all new primary data since your last presentation
• Here are some of HWB's guidelines for preparing your presentation.
• ~ 4:45ish - Wrap up & discussion, any followup discussion

• Bring your calendar & something to take notes on
• Please use professional meeting etiquette (u can throw tomatoes, just not rotten ones)
