If you have the knack to DESIGN and SELL your CREATIVITY, rent your booth space for the Santa Cruz Elks Lodge Fall Festival & Craft Fair by completing this form and submitting it to geoscally@comcast.net. Proceeds from booth space fees go to the California-Hawaii Elks Major Project Charity serving children with disabilities.
Space Size is 8’ x 8’. Space is limited and will be on a first come basis.

If paying by check, mail check payable to Santa Cruz Elks Lodge. Or pay with check or cash in the office during business hours M-F 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. |
