PAST 2024 tournament setup / rules
You can sign up for either the Intermediate or Advanced division, choosing the one that best fits your skill level (we encourage you to challenge yourself!). There will be no eliminations, but the top 5 players of each division will be able to play an extra set of two charts to make the final order of the top 5 a bit more exciting! Everyone’s accumulated performance will be taken to the final rankings.
All charts will be picked by Pump Out’s randomizer or a similar PIU randomizing tool.
For all players
- Intermediate division players will play two single charts ranging from Lv.13 to Lv.15 and one double chart within a range of Lv.14 to Lv.15.
- Advanced division players will play two single charts ranging from Lv.16 to Lv.18 and one double chart within a range of Lv.18 to Lv.19.
For top 5 players only
- Intermediate division players will play one single chart ranging from Lv.16 to Lv.17 and one double chart rated Lv.18 in addition to the previously mentioned charts.
- Advanced division players will play one single chart ranging from Lv.19 to Lv.20 and one double chart rated Lv.21 in addition to the previously mentioned charts.
Scoring system
Your machine score for each attempt will be converted to a percentage based on the highest score that was obtained for that chart among the contestants. The total average of your achieved percentages determines your placement in the rankings.
