Refund and Cancellation policy
Before making your booking, please read the below carefully:
- This ticket is non-transferable, i.e., if you are unable to make it to any of the sessions, your ticket will not be transferable to the next workshop or intensive.
- If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please let me know at least 5 days prior to the date of the ticket.
- Any cancellation made at least 3 days prior to the first day of the workshop or intensive will be 100% refundable. Any cancellation made between 1-3 days prior to the workshop or intensive will be 50% refundable. Any cancellation made on the day of the workshop or intensive, or after the first day of the workshop or intensive will not be refunded.
- For example, if the first day of the workshop is 20th July, any cancellation made until 16th July will be refunded entirely, any cancellation made between 16th July and 19th July will be refunded partially, and any cancellation made on 20th July or after will not be refunded.
- Your booking will only be confirmed once you have made the payment.
- If you have booked a ticket for a specific day of the intensive, it will only be applicable to that day. If you wish to modify the date, please get in touch with me at the earliest opportunity. If you do not, you will not be able to attend the session on a day different from your original booking.
