You agree to willingly provide information in this credit application, including but not limited to social security numbers, addresses, and income information. You also agree to uploading or sending separately your drivers license information, for purposes of identification verification and registration of a vehicle in question.

Your information is protected by the fair credit reporting act as well as by the financial institution who will be collecting your credit information for purposes of approving you for credit on a leased vehicle. Your information will be securely stored for the length of time that it takes to gain approval and deliver the vehicle. After delivery of the vehicle your information will be securely deleted.

Fair Credit Reporting Act to Consumer

This will advise you that your retail installment sales contract and buyers application for secured debt will be submitted to financial institutions and their affiliates for purchase and consideration as to whether you meet their credit requirements.

The undersigned further authorizes these financial institutions and their

affiliates to obtain such information that they may require in order to verify information relative to this request.

By signing below, I certify that all of the information given by me on this application is complete and accurate, as well as I give my permission to appropriate

financial institutions, which will review my application, to run and investigate my credit and employment history and to answer questions about their credit experience with me. Including but not limited to, late payments, missed payments or other defaults, which may be reported on my credit report.
